2010 Long Term Open Moorage Rates
   Effective April 1, 2010
(Based on length of slip or vessel, which ever is greater.)
                                                                        Monthly .................................       $9.00 /linear foot/month 
                                                                        Annual ............................       $8.00 /linear foot x 12 months  
                                                                        Small Boat (25' or less)............       $7.00 /linear foot/month 

Power is charged either on a flat minimum of $17.10/month or metered at BC Hydro tariff 1220. 

    
Live-Aboard Policy (or overnight stay aboard's)
must be registered at the Marina Office and are  subject to Live-Aboard Policies. 
(Currently no full time live-aboard space available - contact office for more information)


General Terms and Conditions
(Please refer to the Standard Moorage Agreement for full text)
* Payment of moorage is due on the first day of the month, in advance of usage of service.
* Evidence of $1,000,000.00 insurance is required before moorage is supplied.
* Moorage will not be provided without a current signed and dated moorage agreement. 
* Taxes will be added to all prices.
* Late payments will be charged at 2%/month.
* All prices are subject to change without notice.
*All moorage is non-transferable without marina permission.
* In the event of a dispute in the size or length of the vessel,
the marina will measure it and use that measurement to determine moorage.
