Small Boat (25' or less) .............    $7.00 /linear foot/month 

Power  is either metered power, charged at the current BC Hydro tariff 1300, plus meter rental of $3.40/ mth or a flat rate charge of $17.95/mth; whichever type of power is assigned to the slip.

Live-Aboard Policy (or overnight stay aboard's)
must be registered at the Marina Office and are  subject to Live-Aboard Policies.

General Terms and Conditions

* Payment of moorage is due on the first day of the month, in advance of usage of service.
* Evidence of $1,000,000.00 insurance is required before moorage is supplied.
* Moorage will not be provided without a current signed and dated moorage agreement. 
* Taxes will be added to all prices.
* Late payments will be charged at 2%/month.
* All prices are subject to change without notice.
* All moorage is non-transferable without marina permission.
* In the event of a dispute in the size or length of the vessel,
the marina will measure it and use that measurement to determine moorage.
